Dispatch, Delivery and Refunds
DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch items within 1 working days of your order being placed. Rarely, this may take longer during busier periods.
All orders placed before 2pm (Monday – Friday) will be dispatched on the same day at no extra cost. For orders placed after 2pm, on a weekend or on a public holiday all items will be processed on the next working day.
Please note that we will only receive your orders from the website after payment has been made.
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2-3 working days
Our standard shipping service comes with tracked delivery.
We currently only post to the mainland UK.
If your item is on back-order or is made to order, delivery and production times will be agreed via email.

REFUNDS
If you are not satisfied with your wax melts, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of purchase if the product is in its original condition and packaging.
Original condition means that there are no marks on the product and the product’s packaging has not been opened, used, or damaged and the product is in a re-saleable condition.
Wax melts arrived cracked? Although it’s not ideal and we do our best to avoid this we are not responsible for damage to your wax melts once they have left Country Waters HQ.
However, your melts are still useable, a cracked melt will not in any way affect its use or fragrance.
If you believe your item is damaged beyond use, please contact the team via our contact form within 48hrs of receipt with photos and proof of purchase and we’ll do our best to remedy the situation.
Buyer pays for the return postage.
