Explore the Timeless Tradition: Wedding favours have a rich history dating back to 1500s England. Aristocratic couples gifted their guests love knots, delicately crafted from ribbon and lace. In France, sweet treats nestled in decorative boxes were the tokens of appreciation, while in Greece, sugared almonds were cherished gifts.
Modern-Day: Fast forward 500 years, and favours have become a beloved tradition worldwide, accessible to all, not just the elite. Small handmade gifts have become vastly popular at weddings. Looking back at our own wedding day we handmade as much as we could, from our invites, table décor, wedding favours and flower charms, as you can see in the blog post picture.
But let’s not pretend that handmaking your wedding favours doesn’t create added stress to the planning process, there were a few occasions when a glass of wine and some calming words were needed from my mother-in-law, a fine paper crafter and someone who I couldn’t have achieved my handcrafted plans without.

Each heart is lovingly crafted to match your wedding theme. You can choose your choice of colour and whether or not you would like your hearts to contain some of our beautiful botanicals. Every guest receives 3 melts that can either come elegantly packaged in our organza bags or they can be left simply in their inner bags leaving you to package them as you wish to complement your décor.

- Peony and Amber – A luxurious fragrance with top notes of juicy red apple, floral notes of peony blossom, jasmine, gillyflower and rose, mixing with soft blush suede.
- All You Need Is Love – Revel in romance with this luxurious fragrance, topped by juicy red apples that sink into softer floral tones of peony blossom and jasmine.
- Fresh Lavender – This lavender accord has top notes of lemon, green leaf and pineapple, mixed with lavender.
- Bakewell Tart -A delicious mouth-watering Bakewell tart with a juicy cherry, raspberry and strawberry puree, sealed with fondant icing, on a scrumptious vanilla almond cake base.
- Coconut – A sweet coconut and lime fragrance opening with lime, lemon, orange, apple and coconut, leading into a soft floral heart, resting on a sweet base of vanilla.
