These Terms & Conditions apply to the Country Waters Halloween Giveaway 2026 (“the Promotion”). By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
1. The Promoter
The promoter of this competition is Country Waters, Waters Holdings LTD (“the Promoter”).

This Promotion is independently operated by Country Waters and is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Ancient Witch, Facebook, Instagram or Meta.

2. Eligibility
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Employees of Country Waters, individuals directly involved in administering the Promotion, and members of their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
No purchase is necessary to enter.
Internet access and an active Facebook or Instagram account, as applicable to the competition post through which the entrant enters, are required.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion opens when the official competition post is published by Country Waters.
Entries must be received by:
11:59pm (UK time) on Thursday 29 October 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be included in the draw.
Country Waters cannot accept responsibility for entries that are not successfully submitted, received or visible due to technical problems, platform issues, internet connectivity, account privacy settings or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
4. How to Enter
To submit a valid entry, entrants must complete the entry requirements stated in the official Country Waters Halloween Giveaway post.
Entrants must:
- Follow the official Country Waters social media account;
- Like the official Halloween Giveaway post; and
- Visit the Country Waters Ancient Witch collection and leave a comment on the competition post telling us which Ancient Witch product is their favourite.
The Ancient Witch collection can be viewed on the Country Waters website.
Entrants may optionally tag a friend in their comment, but tagging another person is not required to enter and does not provide an additional entry.
Sharing the competition post is also not required to enter.
5. Entry Limit
There is a maximum of one valid entry per person.
Submitting multiple comments or tagging multiple people will not provide additional entries into the draw.
Duplicate, automated, bulk, fraudulent or otherwise manipulated entries may be removed at the Promoter's discretion.
6. The Prize
One winner will receive:
1 × Ancient Witch Pyramid Shape Display Incense – Set of 5 Ancient Witch Scents & Spells
The prize has a recommended retail price (RRP) of £25.00 at the time the Promotion is launched.
The product may separately be offered for sale at a promotional or discounted price during the Promotion. This does not alter its stated RRP.
The prize is subject to availability.
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of Country Waters make it necessary to do so, Country Waters reserves the right to substitute the prize, or an individual component of it, with an alternative of equal or greater value.
There is no cash alternative, and the prize cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, gift vouchers or another product at the winner's request.
The prize is non-transferable unless otherwise agreed by Country Waters.
7. Winner Selection
Following the closing date, all valid entries will be entered into a random draw.
One winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The draw will take place after entries close and before the planned winner announcement on Saturday 31 October 2026 (Halloween).
Country Waters will retain a record of the draw so that the selection process can be demonstrated to have been conducted fairly.
8. Contacting the Winner
Country Waters will attempt to contact the selected winner privately using the social media account through which their entry was submitted.
The winner may be asked to provide their:
- Full name;
- UK delivery address; and
- Other information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange delivery of the prize.
Country Waters will never ask a competition winner to provide payment, bank account details, debit/credit card details or payment of a delivery fee in order to receive the prize.
Entrants should be aware of fake or impersonating social media accounts claiming that they have won.
Any genuine communication concerning the prize will come from an official Country Waters account.
9. Claiming the Prize
The selected winner must respond to Country Waters within 48 hours of the initial winner notification.
If the selected winner:
- does not respond within 48 hours;
- cannot be contacted;
- does not provide the information reasonably required to deliver the prize;
- is found to be ineligible; or
- did not comply with these Terms & Conditions,
Country Waters reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that entrant and conduct a further random draw to select a replacement winner.
10. Winner Announcement
Subject to the selected winner responding and their eligibility being confirmed in time, Country Waters intends to announce the winner publicly on:
Saturday 31 October 2026 — Halloween.
The announcement may include the winner's first name and/or social media username.
Where required by applicable advertising rules, Country Waters may make information available demonstrating that a valid award took place. Any disclosure of personal information will be limited to what is reasonably necessary and handled in accordance with applicable data protection requirements.
11. Delivery
Delivery of the prize to the winner is included free of charge.
The prize can only be delivered to a valid UK postal address.
Country Waters will arrange dispatch within a reasonable period after the winner has been verified and has supplied the necessary delivery information.
Country Waters will not be responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
12. Personal Information
Personal information supplied by entrants will be processed only as reasonably necessary to administer the Promotion, verify the winner and deliver the prize, unless the entrant has separately consented to another use.
Entering this competition does not automatically subscribe an entrant to Country Waters email marketing.
Winner information required for delivery will be retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for administration, legal, accounting and regulatory purposes.
Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Country Waters Privacy Policy.
13. Social Media Platforms
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta.
By entering, entrants acknowledge that Facebook, Instagram and Meta are not responsible for the administration of the Promotion or provision of the prize.
Entrants must comply with the applicable social media platform's terms of use.
14. Disqualification
Country Waters reserves the right to disqualify entries where there are reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has:
- breached these Terms & Conditions;
- attempted to manipulate the competition;
- submitted fraudulent or automated entries;
- impersonated another individual;
- used multiple accounts to obtain additional entries; or
- otherwise acted unfairly towards other entrants.
Country Waters may request reasonable evidence of eligibility before awarding the prize.
15. Changes or Cancellation
If circumstances outside the reasonable control of Country Waters prevent the Promotion from being conducted as planned, Country Waters may modify, suspend or cancel the Promotion where reasonably necessary.
Any material change will be communicated through the Country Waters website and/or relevant social media channels where practicable.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or restrict any rights that cannot legally be excluded under UK law.
16. General
The Promoter will administer the Promotion fairly and in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply.
Any decision made by Country Waters concerning the administration of the Promotion will be based on these Terms & Conditions and applicable law and advertising rules.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Entrants retain any rights they may have regarding jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
